This past weekend was spent with my family in Orem, Utah. This was a great place to grow up with lots of mountains and rivers to play in. People who think Seattle has mountains are kidding themselves. I think they view the interior as a vast wasteland of tractors. Utter nonsense. Our country's beautiful inside and out. Anyway, it was wonderful just relaxing with the family. We don't chatter away a lot. We just are content to be around each other and make sure that the grandkids are happy. We watched a few movies, went bowling, and made gingerbread houses. Up there is a picture of my mom and Carson decorating their gingerbread house. Down there is a picture of my nephew Colter bowling. I love being home.
